In order to provide consistent service, please note the following guidelines: Reservations are made between 9:00 AM & 9:00 PM (09:00-21:00 Hrs) A 30% surcharge will be charged on all trips taking place on holidays: All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to pickup time. For airport pickups a 20 minutes grace period is given after scheduled pickup time. For non-airport pickups a 10 minutes grace period is given. Once grace period has elapsed waiting time is charge in 30 minutes increments. Extra stop in route are charged $25.00 for up to 10 minutes, if stop is over 10 minutes the appropriate vehicle waiting time rate applies. Sedans are billed at 1 hour minimum.
